EDIT: Reworked faces and the smoke. I changed it because I wanted to post this thing on some other site and still would not be ashamed of some elements.
God, those illustrations are getting more detailed and more time-consuming as I make them...
Anyway, this is the third one made for the Nomad novel. After four months of studying, I can at last make something serious. Expect more of these.
This one depicts two main characters: Nomad (on the left) and Cadet. They are leaving the ruined town of Scratchbrick and venture forth in search for justice and violence.
It's funny that through 140 pages that I wrote the tall one was quite faceless. This is the first time I drew him. And it came out quite nicely. He looks as he should be, and also a bit fallouty too.
Done entirely in Photoshop, in the B&G&W technique, with Wacom Graphire 4 tablet.
Download for higher (2326 x 1236) resolution.
Note: Fallout 3 conceptual artbook is much more useful than the game itself.
